I have been involved in this industry for many years beginning as a fitness instructor (RSA exercise to music) some 16 years ago.
I decided to realise my ambition by adding to my qualifications. I am now a Gym Instructor level 2 and Personal Trainer level 3. Additionally I am a Stott Pilates instructor, which is a particular passion of mine.
As a mum of twins, I understand how challenging it can be to regain your figure after having children. As such I genuinely want to help others to achieve their own personal goal, be that weight loss, improved fitness, strength, endurance or core stability. Or merely, to get back into your favourite dress! I am passionate about all aspects of fitness and will introduce variety to ensure you never get bored through challenging spin classes, high intensity training, circuit classes, to the more structured, technical Pilates classes.
All of the below are YMCA qualifications
